You should use tab Neurokind regularly. You should keep your feet in warm saline for about half an hour in the evening. You should take Vit D3, 60K , one tablet once a week.  You should do active movements of your ankle joint and small joints in the feet for 10 minutes regularly. Get your serum iron and iron binding capacity done.
