  4. Pregnancy in 6th week. Pregnancy?

Pregnancy in 6th week
Beta hcg was in my 4th week was 1092 and increased to 2021 (in 48 hrs) but after 1 week it came out to be 3039 and later after two days 3739, why my hcg level is rising slow now?? I am in 6th week as/ LMP in my tvs gestational sac measuring 7mm seen but no fetal pole and yolk sac seen yet. Is it failing pregnancy?
