I am 28 M. Since past few weeks I have been feeling weak in the body. I am getting normal sleep of about 7 hours but still wake up feeling tired. A few months back I had a medical emergency at night and was rushed to hospital, upon examination it was said that I had a panic attack. I have consulted doctors and have undergone many test including blood tests, ECG, ECHO, TMT, etc. I have been told that my health is okay, apart from hypertension for which I have been prescribed medication recently. Still many a times a I feel strange sensations in my body and fear that something is wrong. Should I undertake any further tests or consultation or is it just that I panic and have anxiety.
Thank for kind answers and guidance.
