Since few months I am feeling tired (not extreme fatigue but a mild low energy) and no motivation to work. I did my blood work last month and I had
B12 and D deficiency. I thought deficiency could be a reason and started supplements, i also improved my nutrition but I still feel low energy, I don't feel like working, Low concentration, just want to keep taking naps and stay on bed watching videos.
I am confused if I should see a psychiatrist? Since I am covering nutrition part, could there be any other reason
