My BP is 135/78 Random blood sugar is 77 Vitamin D is 10 Cbc Blood report is normal. Deep breathing helps me relax after that. But I am not sure why this is happening. Please guide me. Thanks.

You need to slow down/ take more rest in between exercise. Do not hold your breath while lifting weights. There is a specific technique. In addition it would be advisable for you to check out your resting blood pressure and haemoglobin levels.
