It can be due to multiple reasons like gastritis or mild infection.
Next Steps
if pain take tab zerodol p twice a day after food for 3 days and tab pan 40 before food for 3 days twice a day.
tab gelusil 3 times a day
Health Tips
gargle with warm salt water
avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items
plan for CBC crp if issue persist
