Hello dear, Your narrative here is suggestive of mood instability, crying episodes, reduced interest in previously pleasurable activities, poor appetite, slowness of mentation etc all point towards a possible disorder of mood and emotion like depression. Hence I would like to suggest that you please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and management. This condition can be linked to a variety of Bio-psycho-social factors which require comprehensive assessment. A detailed plan of management can be formulated thereafter. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future... Regards Delhi Mind Clinic
