Feeling Lump one side inside  c section
My wife delivered baby boy on 3rd november 2023 by c section. This was 2nd cesarean . 1st was done on 2020 . And also permanent sterilisation was done just after cs. In first cs there was no such pain or any lump inside stomach. But after this cs she feels consistent pain inside stomach at stitches area. Stitches are removed safely and no infection found. But at incision area hard lump feel inside . Whole abdomen is good but tis time right side cut was marked. And that area is felt something hard like laddo or  potli. And when touch feel pain . That right part is hard and whole stomach is soft. Why is it so ?? Doctor said there was a small lump in uterus. It will be settled in 1 or 2 months. But till now feel same as was after cs. Does it need any treatment. Because she feels pain in this area often.  So why  such lump is there. And how will it be treated. Due to this stomach looks bad near stitches area . Stomach is not similar near stitches line Any treatment is required
