Feeling low back pain
I am feeling lower back pain(pain is not heavy) while urinating. I have been feeling this pain for last 3 days. I am riding my bike for at least 30 km a day for last two years, I am not sure whether this is the cause of my pain. Can some one please let me know what could be the cause?

Hi... Since there is mild pain in low back during urination... there could be very mild infection in bladder that could cause the issue..Kindly get a consultation with a urologist.. If your pain is due to bike riding then there would be additional symptoms associated with it...which were missing in your complaints... So it is unlikely in your case... You can stretch your muscles to relieved of any stiffness that may be due to driving...
Health Tips
Drink lot of fluids...to keep yourself well hydrated... sleep properly...
