Feeling Hungry everytime
I am taking appropriate amount of food still I feel hungry. The feeling of staying full will be there for some time and then I again I ll feel hungry. This is going on since a week and I am not sure why this is happening. Please guide.

Many reasons may be of feeling hungry like thyroid, diabetes, etc at first find out reason than go for treatment. Make time table of meal. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur metabolism.
