Feeling helpless and anxious.
I have been feeling very low and get panic attacks since the past couple of months. I tried exercising and keeping myself busy but I always feel like I do not want to be around people- friends or family. I break down regularly and I'm too hard on myself, not able to forgive for past mistakes. I feel like I'm not enough for anyone or myself. Please help
