Feeling fever
I feel like feverish but my body is not hot to touch.. i feel like body ache and tiredness from yesterday.. should i consult doctor in person or take paracetamol ..please suggest

Could be the onset of an infection. But check the temp with a thermometer to be sure how much is it exactly. Do you have cold or cough or any rashes? If it’s only been one day with no other symptoms and you’re not allergic to paracetamol you may take 500mg of PCM after eating. Drink plenty of fluids and check your body temp to be sure
