As you can't tell diabetic patient to just snap out of it, depression is also a medical problem occurring due to chemical changes in D brain. It causes disturbed sleep, decreased interest, decreased energy, sad mood, negative thoughts and it is treatable with medications and psychological treatment. So jus don't blame ur self that u can't get out of it.
