Feelin stress because of staying in home
I am feeling very stressed and depressed because of not going out during this pandemic.i have one year old boy so I can't risk his health by going out.because of staying in home since 1 year i am getting stressed and started yelling and crying. I am dng exercise regularly to distract my mind but i am unable to handle this situation.how can i over come this situation

Since you are 1 year post delivery, you can have multiple changes in your mood. On top of that we have the COVID pandemic. I totally understand the concern about your child, but you need to get back to normal life. Take all precautions while going out. Try to mingle with family and stay occupied.

It's understandable to feel so when one is confined inside 4 walls for so long.. We need to be careful, not engulfed by fear. Like it's suggested above, do take precautions and start doing things which are pleasurable to you slowly. Engage in online classes of any hobbies that you like, go for walks outside maintaining distance, talk to friends regularly. If none of these are helping, plz seek consultation. Depression may be a possibility and needs treatment

Hi there..These are different and difficult time . It’s commendable to see that you are trying to overcome the Stress caused by being at home since an year now.I would suggest you to go out for walk or drive by taking all the necessary precautions like wearing a mask all the time,sanitising frequently ,maintaining social distances and following all the protocols to stay safe. You can step outside in your complex if it’s not too crowded.Take Care and Stay Safe!!
