Feel sleepy
So I feel sleepy all the time even when I wake up. The left side of my body specially in left eye and left side of my head feels very tired. And exhausted. Also when I walk I felt some issues with my left leg in stability. I sleep on my stomach with my head being towards left. Now I feel so sleepy that I can't even workout. Is there any way I can feel less sleepy?

Making sleep a priority by setting a consistent bedtime is step one in improving the quality of your sleep.  Additionally, exercising regularly, avoiding caffeinated beverages after 2pm, and shutting your devices down close to bed can be lifestyle factors that help you sleep more soundly
