This is a common feeling which most of the people have been experiencing during the lockdown.
Your condition needs more evaluation. Some blood work up like Vit D, TFT etc.
Meanwhile don't stress yourself out too much.
Things that you can try-
1) Daily have bananas
2) Do one creative activity which you like, singing, writing, cooking, even watching your fav movie or series.
3) try to do some workout. Go for a walk. Give yourself a challenge of maybe doing a pushup. This is the best time to invest in yoga and meditation.
4) Hydrate yourself sufficiently.
5) Avoid using mobile phones post dinner.
