Always feeling lazy and dry. Even am drinking 2 litres of water, i coudnt make it better. Coming to my hair, it becomes so thin due to lack of minerals.

Hi, You need to check your HB and thyroid and sugar level. Have plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits which will keep you hydrated. Take oil bath at least twice a week. Hope this helps. If you have any doubt do not hesitate to ask.
