Hi, day maximum I feel every time with anxiety without any reason and i most worried about my health.My health is ok but I feel some this is good wrong like that I feel every time.Moslt when I check my blood pressure I feel too much worried and it leads my BP also increasing. Please suggest me what can I do.

Hi it's okay to feel anxious at this pandemic time. Whenever you get the thoughts you can just ignore and focus on the present moment and continue to do whatever you are doing. Thoughts are automatic in nature we can't control which though has to come so whether we have to give importance to those thoughts or not is under our control. So try to ignore the thoughts. All are going through a tough phase now but it's temporary. Knowing that it's temporary will make you feel good. Recognising that these are unpleasant thoughts and just ignoring them will help.
