Hi, My baby is 7 days old. Everytime I breastfeed him, he starts getting hiccups, after every breastfeed him..but he does not burp. Is it normal or something abnormal.. Why he gets hiccups after every feed? Plus he does not get satisfy with his feed.. So can I give him formula milk too??

No to formula feeds, only breast feeds. Hicups are normal in a growing  child.

Hiccups are normal just like gases at this age. Many babies don't burp. Nothing to worry. Formula milk is not good for the baby. Please consult a pediatrician or lactation consultant if you feel there is not enough milk. What is the weight? Not enough milk is very rare
