Hi, beloved soul You don't need to feel any fear of your dreams,  Dream is a natural phenomena of processing and letting go of information from our sub-conscious mind/Unconscious mind. You rationalise a dream through a conscious mind, so it creates fear and overthinking.  kindly connect with us experts for proper conceptual understanding and letting go of fear and worries.

Have you recently encountered any situation or problem which made u think way too deep about life or existence? You need to go to the depth of your thoughts. Try talking to a therapist to help you understand your thoughts more clearly. Meanwhile till you seek help. Try maintaining a dream journal. Write down your dreams. Your dreams have a deeper level meaning which a therapist can help you to analyse. Also before going to bed try to write about your day and then later write down things that you feel gratitude about. I will be attaching a youtube link for guided meditation you can try that out before sleeping.
Next Steps
1. consult a psychologist 2. maintain a dream journal 3. maintain a daily journal 4. practice guided meditation
