Hey take therapy These are irrational thoughts with irrational anxiety and it can create very difficulties for you because you have to handle yourself, your baby. It is more of a a OCD thought. We can work on it through CBT techniques. You can get better. Find some time and take some therapy sessions. I'll be really happy to help you. All the best here.

You seem to be having obsessions- that is recurrent repetitive intrusive thoughts which you know are irrational but are unable to control and which cause you a lot of distress and anxiety. This is a type of anxiety disorder but certainly treatable, do not worry. Please consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. There are medications you can take while lactating also which will be safe for you and your baby.
