Fear of C-section
Doc said my placenta is low lying and I might need to do C section, I'm 33 weeks pregnant, how can I calm myself during surgery, I've been suffering from anxiety disorder for past 10 years and this is my first pregnancy. Im very scared.

Are you on any anti anxiety drugs? Just be calm and enjoy pregnancy think of how you are going to bring up your kid ...think of motherhood...c section is just another mode of delivery when normal delivery is not possible...in your case it's going to be pre planned elective with all the needed supports available....so jus leave it in hands of your efficient obstetrician....anyway you are not going to be aware of any pain during the procedure...so why so anxious Be calm composed and happy so that your baby grows good in the third trimester.

Don't be scared,c section is a safe surgery. You and your baby will be absolutely fine .
