Fear, depression, deja vu paranoia
I always feel paranoid, it feels like everyone is watching me and monitoring me. When I'm home alone at night i  fear that someone is going to harm me and my family and a slight sound makes me panic. It feels like a shock of electricity on my body. I also experience deja vu, always feeling inferior to others, i seem to have lost interest in all activities, my memory is getting weaker, unable to concentrate on any thing.

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life.  It seems that some negative event is contributing to these distressing symptoms.  It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions . For your memory you can try and maintain schedules and to do list which will be helpful.  Try and practice deep breathing and meditation which will help clear the mind of negative thoughts and stress.  Try and talk to close family members and friends and spend time with them.  You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
