Fear, Anxity & confidance
After my grandmother's death I scared of darkness and being alone at home. I cant even sleep at night if I am alone at home. Though I don't believe in ghosts it still come in my mind and dreams. The other problem I have is lack of confidance, anxity of performance, anxity of being wrong; due to which mistakes happen at work. I think a lot, due to which it attects on my performance. Short temperedness and too much emotional are other problems..

Hi.You have not stated when your grandma died. If it has been more than six months.. you should visit a psychiatrist asap. Have the other symptoms that you stated  arisen after this mishap? If they have been part of your personality since early days then you may need to visit a clinical psychologist.

I.f u learn to believe in yourself,  automatically all those above behaviour are taken care or could be handled  and can havw a great clarity about yourself . This is possible if u can consult a Psychologist and learn to overcome all those issues.

It is common after going through something as difficult as the death of a close one to become very stressed and anxious. The anxiety you are having is causing you to feel frightened, and it is affecting your daily routine, work and sleep. Feeling low, having decreased confidence, impaired concentration or attention are symptoms of depression. As you are preoccupied with your anxiety it is causing problems at work.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist. The right medication will help you relax, and you will be able to face the daily challenges. Also , try yoga and meditation to help you relax. Practice deep breathing. Divert your mind by spending time with friends and family. Keep yourself occupied with some activity that you enjoy. Take out some time for yourself daily.
Health Tips
If you begin to feel suicidal or hopeless, consult a psychiatrist immediately.
