Fear and stress
I have noticed that some non threatening events are causing immense stress in my body. For example few days back I saw a road accident which didn't bother me anyway but still I noticed my racing heart beat . And again when I took my mother to doctor for routine check up in the hospital I found out that I am having similar symtoms . I created some false notion in my mind. I thought my mother would be severely sick even though she is completely ok . How to cure this problem permanently? Please give me a solution which would definitely work.

How can we overcome fear? The only way to overcome fear is to transmute the negative low energy to a higher and positive energy form. When we experience fear, cortisol and adrenaline gets released in our body which lead to the negative reactions. The moment we convert these hormones to happy hormones like endorphins and oxytocin, fear subsides and positivity takes over. But how can you do this? Let’s learn: • Deep Breathing Fear triggers short breaths, decreasing the oxygen content in our body. Lack of oxygen shuts down our cognitive mind and reduces our ability to think clearly or take decisions. Deep Breathing is therefore the first thing that one should practice in such situations. With this, higher quantity of oxygen is supplied to the cognitive brain and it gets reactivated. The moment you gain control on your mind, you are in a position to reason out with fear and find possible solutions to overcome the probable outcomes. • Experience it fully When you supress fear, it gets scarier. Instead, face it completely. Think about the worst outcome that it can lead to. Once you know this, you will be able to transmute fear to higher energy forms. Watch comedy, spend time with your family and pets or start exercising. These activities will release happy hormones in your body, fix the chemical imbalances triggered by fear and initiate the required changes. • Be in gratitude The best way to overcome fear is to be in gratitude. Gratitude can bring you back to the present and away from the future, where the fear lies. The moment you start feeling thankful about what you have in life today, fear takes a downside and begins to fade. • Practice faith Faith is the best anecdote to fear. Since you have no control of the future and what will happen there, the next alternative is to be in faith. Keep the faith that you will be able to face and handle all outcomes in the future, come what may. And you will certainly do so. To overcome depression are:- Though it may sound like the most difficult thing, one thing that will really help is to gather all your guts and determination, stand up for yourself, and punch it on the face. Team it up with meditation as it will help you turn inwards and take conscious steps to fight the condition. Do use your family as a strong cushion for each time you fall back and need the strength to start over again. Most of all seek professional help and learn the techniques for sure-shot revival at a faster pace. You can follow these points :- Relax diaphragmatic breathing - This will calm you down Drink lots of water Go for a walk Work on your stress Look after your body Limit alcohol and caffeine Eat healthy food Relax your body as much as you can Remember your anxiety attacks, more you calm down they ends Accept that you can’t control the things Be in present moment Be grateful for whatever you have
