If I am 3 months pregnant, then whole abdomen usg will detect my pregnancy instead of transvaginal usg?? ?????I take upt it shows negative I am not sure because while I test I used more than 3 drops of urine so I don't understand that's why is it give false negative or it's really negative so I did whole abdomen usg it shows uterus normal in size , endometrial thickness 9mm. And my another question, does a pregnant woman get bleeding after end of each contraceptive pill like dronis 20 during pregnancy???

Yes it will If upt  is negative what makes the imagine a pregnancy that does not exist Pregnant women will not bleed after completing the course of contraceptive pill
