Dear if rct failed then re rct will be possible. But now prognosis depends upon infection and bone loss. Please consult with endodontist for re rct. Sometimes cause of pain is periodontics (pocket formation) and infective periodontitis may causes spelling and pustak discharge. So please consult and ruled out the problem.
