You need to be serious for your health as you are too young to enter in to 3rd stage of fatty liver. What is your body weight, and height? Avoid liquor, fried food, food rich in carbohydrat, carbonated drinks. Regular walk, exercise, avoiding lift etc. will be beneficial. However light food, rice, sugarcane, reddish, spinach will be good for you.
Next Steps
Take care as Corona infection to any one is very common so take all precautions,  and keep your nose and mouth covered if you move out.

Get the cause for your fatty liver identified and treated with medicines that are backed by studies and results instead of relying on sugar pills that don't do anything apart from wasting time and efforts. Homeopathy is just quackery and nothing else. Follow evidence based medicine. Don't go behind claims of no side effects.. there aren't any effects either. Read about principles of homeopathy and you will know for yourself it's just a scam.
