Dear patient Fatty liver grading is done by radiologist (ask your radiologist to review and give grades ) Your type of fatty liver also depends on your history....it can be NAFLD (non alcoholic fatty liver disease ) or AFLD (alcohol fatty liver disease) If you are an alcoholic ,then the cause of your fatty liver (be whatever grade it is )is alcohol If you are a non alcoholic person ,then the cause of your fatty liver (be whatever grade it is )is your dietary lifestyle
Next Steps
ask your radiologist to review and give grades
Health Tips
avoid alcohol avoid fatty and oily food go for healthy dietary options maintain your BMI in normal range (18.5-24.9)
