Fatty Liver and mass gainer
Hi, I was diagnosed with fatty liver in 2013. It was cured by prevention and homeopathy. Now recently i started doing exercise and consuming weight gainer. After a week my liver started paining and I got LFT done in which bilirubin came out to be 1.8 Is it because of weight gainer ? If yes what can I do to keep my liver healthy along with having weight gainer. Age 29 Height 5.11 Weight 76kg

I think you weight is ideal for the height you have mentioned then why do you want to take weight gainers.... You have not mentioned the grade of fatty liver back in 2013... You need to stop weight gainers and get an ultrasound done of abdomen for assessing the current grading of fatty liver... Your bilirubin is raised but no mention of liver enzymes status.... Also you have recently started exercises so it's quite possible that the pain might be due to the stress of exercise on you core body muscles also
Next Steps
stop weight gainers get ultrasound scan done
Health Tips
avoid fatty and oily food.... continue with light exercises
