My problem is my fatness pls tell me a diet chart from which it becomes easy for me that how can i loose weight

Hi there are two things to be mainly concentrated on loosing weight - first being diet control , you should have an healthy diet rich in proteins , minerals and vitamins along with fibreswith excess of water on time and in adequate amount, avoid oily food and junk food . Secondly regular exercise to burn preformed fat content.
