Fatigue, Dizziness, Not Eating Well
Hello doctors, I’m a 32-year-old male and have been experiencing lightheadedness, dizziness, and general weakness for the past few days. Due to this, I’ve also developed anxiety, and as a result, I am unable to eat properly and my fluid intake has reduced. My TSH is normal and D3 is 77 I’ve attached my CBC, LFT reports for reference.

Report normal. Practine 4mg one hr before dinner it induce hunger for 2 weeks. Take  salad n fruits  plenty of water n liquid.

Results are out.k. Get random blood sugar and HbA1c done,  to exclude diabetes. Anxiety, depression,  poor sleep, low b.p, lack of exercise,  insufficient cleaning of bowels, can also cause fatigue and sense of tiredness. Drink more water,  take more of fresh vegetables,  fruits like pappaya,  bananas. Eat evening meals in time, avoid heavy  meals in evening,, staying up late in evening. Do regular physical exercise.
