Spot reduction is a myth. You will lose excess fat on those areas when you reduce the overall body fat percentage
& You can lose weight/ fat only when the body goes in a calorie deficit that is sustained over a long period. However you need to do so sensibly without causing any deficiencies. Kindly read my article on the same :
