Fat loss diet plan
I am bit overweight and have some belly fat as well. I am little concerned with the current physical status I have and want to make some healthy changes in the lifestyle and adopt a diet plan to support my weight loss purpose. I am seeking advice on the same. Thanks.

Just change ur lifestyle eating habits. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk,everyday. Substitute millets for rice/wheat. Avoid preserved food,fastfoods,bakeryfoods.. Walk exercise,yoga everyday for two hrs.Domestic works as cleaning,washing,mopping can be done.
