the bra strap tending to cause bulging of fat which commonly happens in females.. if you want to undergo surgical removal of the fat you can meet a surgeon. or for a painless, needleless procedure you can undergo cryolipolysis for the accumulated fat. I am a dermatologist and I frequented do it for my patients. you should see good improvement in around 3 sessions. hope this is helpful.
