I have been gaining fat around belly and abdominal area constantly but my weight has increased only 2 kg in last 4-5 months. How to stop this problem of fat accumulation. My lifestyle is very lazy kind of routine because I am a student and preparing for a competitive exam. So I have no time to get into exercise stuff.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi , gaining fat around waist could be due to increased stress level and also no exercise! Try to reduce your carbs intake and increase protein intake ! Do not sit for more than 30 min and walk around frequently! For customized diets contact me directly
