Fat deposit over tummy
I m confused whether i should loose weight or not? My weight is normal but i m fatty little bit. I have layer of fat over tummy and chest which makes me feel fatty but i don't look that much fat. Should i start working out to loose the fat or it is normal I do exercise to be fit not to loose weight.

Hi Do abdominal crunches, air cycling, wall squats to reduce tummy.To lose weight at 5-6small meals a day.Eat plenty of fresh fruits n vegetables.Take a plant based protein supplement.Drink6 -8glasses of water a day.Sleep atleast 8hrs a day and have atleast 1hr of dedicated physical activity.
