Hi It is definitely not advisable to take fat burners as they have longterm side effects on the kidneys and liver. Weightloss is a gradual process. It involves eating right and exercise with a positive attitude and rest.Every persons body is different hence there is no one diet for all. However d basic remains the same like eating 5-6 small meals.Including atleast 2 fruits.Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day.Exercise not more than 60 mins.sleep 8hrs in d night.
