I am 13 plus and my wieght is 60 i want to lose my wieght i have it specialy on my tummy and i also have small bit of hormonal problems my hormons is 25

Why don't you try aerobics and gymnastics. It will help control your hormones and also tone your body muscles overall. You can as well try swimming.
