Fasting sugar at 106
Recently i have checked my sugar level it is 106, but from last 1year i had cut down curbs and everyday i am fruits in my diet and hardly having sweets. My sugar level last year is 92. How to keep my sugar levels under control I am have daily phiscal activity 40min to 90 min

Hello dr keni here, i am a consultant Diabetologist, You need to do go for a HbA1C test(3 months of average sugar), although it is good, but after cutting carbs and everything need to give a test once. Consult after getting reports.

It's good that you are cutting your curbs and doing exercise to keep your blood sugar under control. But it is a very specialized subject-nutrition. In spite of your effort if your blood sugar level is not satisfactory you need to consult with an nutritionist or join life style modification program.  That will definitely help you to keep it under control without necessity of medication in future.
