Fast moving of food
How to slow down emptying of food from stomach? Because I'm getting extreme hunger even after taking food with in one hour ,I did gastric emptying study it shows only 6% food is remaining in stomach in one hour btw I'm taking 6times food in a day and my symptoms are extreme hunger bloating and burping?

Take high figer diet. Include vegetables fruits pulses and especially potato! .. consider discussing in detail about your bloatedness and burping. Do you have diabetes or any other issue?
