My stomach feels full after eating a little food and my belly fat is increasing. Sometimes I feel pain in my lower abdomen.

Belly fat increase although eat lil so u need excercise as walk, yoga. Spicy food, fast food, junk food, outside food  cause gas acidity gastritis so as pain abdomen. So try to avoid. Cap pan d one in empty stomach for five days. Tab meftal spas DS two times a day after food or sos. No medicine for belly fat.
