The only thing I ask to my clients before going into family counselling/therapy is, whether they are willing to change their own approach or not?
Because ultimately it boils down to one thing, who is really willing to change himself/herself?
Trying to adjust others as per our own selves, never work. Only when we are willing to change ourselves, the change in the environment occurs.

Changing people around is difficult but changes our thought process for sake of our peace of mind is imperative
