Hysterolaproscopy this is a surgery where we can try to open up the tubes
the success is not more than 60%
if it fails then your only option would be to go with IVF
there is no medicine to open a closed tube

Confirmation is to be done first by hysterolaparoscopy. It is not treated by medications. If only one tube is blocked pregnancy can occur
