Fall down from bed
My son age is 6 month.he has fallen down from bed and had vomiting after 10minutes during crying.afterthat he has not vomited.some red mark on forehead .I have used ice on that.he is active but due to vomiting I am very worried and tensed.please sir help me what will I do.

He did not loose consciousness , did not get fits , there is no visible bump , cut , bleeding , fracture etc so he can be observed for 24 hrs at home . And act accordingly if new symptoms develop . But how can you be so callous Throughout childhood you have to shield babies from falls and other home accidents . Be careful

Dear parents , Kids are like ping pong ball, generally no bony injury occur, keep watch for 48hrs to 72hrs for warning sign like, projectile vomiting, drowsiness, convulsion, abnormal movements, Attend hospital if any of above Symptom appear.

Observe at home .? If he cries or refuses feeds or sleeps too much or vomits again take him to hospital nearby. Any bleeding from nose or ears?
