Fall down from bed
My son age is 6 month.he has fallen down from bed and had vomiting after 10minutes during crying.afterthat he has not vomited.some red mark on forehead .I have used ice on that.he is active but due to vomiting I am very worried and tensed.please sir help me what will I do.

Kids are like ping pong ball, generally no bony injury occur, keep watch for 48hrs to 72hrs for warning sign like, projectile vomiting, drowsiness, convulsion, abnormal movements,
