Fainting after heavy meal
In 5 year span I experience 2 fainting spells after lunch when I was eating. I checked up Heart, blood sugar, pressure, basic blood works but no significant abnormality. I agree that I was a bit stressed at the time. But I feel stress also other time but it doesnt happen. What it could be?
