Fainting spells
Hello Good Evening Doctors, I am having fainting spells and sometimes difficult to breathe if I walk and I always feel drowsy. Seems my brain is not getting oxygen and I will pass out. But whenever I feel to pass out I lie my head on my hands. I eat well and my appetite is good. Also no nausea or vomitting. All blood reports are normal. Along with ecg, 2d echo and stress. Not diabetic either. BP always between 110/70 to 120/80. Sometimes head ache like nerve pain from lower head to upper head. My HB is 12. Tsh, lft, kft, thyroid, all serum tests, urine, stool reports normal. Vitamins normal.I googled my symptoms. It says I have brain tumor advance stage. Now I am going to die. Pls help. I don't want to die so soon. Regards
