THis might sound insignificant problem but I am facing the problem of lack of sound sleep. Especially because of my random work schedule I often skip sleep and this results in sudden sleep feeling twice or thrice in a day that too for few minutes only.
I believe solving this problem can greatly affect my mind to be kept calm.
