Facing problem of urticaria last 6 year

Sir I am facing the urticaria deasess last 5 years ,I had so much medicine but till now it's not cure.what I do can you tell me what I have to do what kind food I have to take ,do you have food chart for who is suffering from urticaria last 5 years , if I taking medicine, I feeling very sleepy and also energy less,some type I feel like I don't have any strength in my body . I shown this deases to so many doctors but till now it's not completely gone .what I do tell me pls . I am attaching some pictures also.
