Facing pain in lower back
I am facing pain in my right lag and have swelling in my left leg my right leg is paining a lot when I am walking and also facing issue of back pain what should I do ?facing numbness and pain even after my vitamin d is fine all vitamin are on good level the pain is seriously not allowed me to work as per my capacity

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. It can be due to some nerve compression in your lower spine ..a clinical examination and some investigations such as MRI is needed ..

Your condition needs to be evaluated physically by a qualified prthopedic surgeon followed by investigations that can range from xrays to MRI. Then the radiological findings need to be corelated with the clinical finding to decide whether management is conservative with medicines and physio or surgical.
